AGORA Ambassadors: Once our participants have successfully completed the AGORA 70hrs curriculum, they are promoted to Ambassadors.  To maintain their Ambassador status they must continue to sharpen their leadership skills though a minimum of 2hrs per month hands-on leadership development (excluding the month of August).

Ambassadors have the opportunity to:

• earn internships

• be coached for oratory competitions

• receive continued mentorship

• participate in abroad experiences

• apply to become a Team Leader when they are 18+

Team Leaders: AGORA Ambassadors that are 18+ are eligible to apply for this paid position​ when ready to elevate in their leadership journey and make a significant impact!

Team Leaders will coach and mentor teams of ten in the AGORA's 5 Modules. They are responsible for creating a supportive environment where every participant feels safe, accountable, and valued — fostering personal growth and collaboration.
