The AGORA is southwestern Connecticut’s ultimate leadership development program for teens, specifically designed for ambitious teens eager to seize a remarkable summer opportunity aimed at cultivating their leadership potential.
This extraordinary initiative immerses participants in a enriching environment where they can develop crucial leadership skills while collaborating with like-minded peers. By drawing on timeless wisdom from some of civilization’s greatest thinkers, the AGORA invites teens to transform their mindset and start thinking like a leader.

12 - DAYS
Composed of 5 comprehensive modules
& a weekend of servitude and stewardship:
Think like a leader
In this foundational module, you’ll learn to cultivate a leader's mindset. From critical thinking to decision-making, we embrace creativity and encourage you to trust your instincts. You'll not only understand the qualities that define effective leaders but also explore how to develop these traits within yourself.
Inspire with rhetoric
Words wield power. This module focuses on the art of communication, teaching you how to articulate your vision and inspire those around you. Engage in interactive workshops, where you’ll practice persuasive speaking techniques and learn the secrets of storytelling that captivate and motivate your audience.
Learn to Strategize
A good leader is also an excellent strategist. Here, you’ll delve into goal setting, project management, and strategic thinking. With hands-on exercises, you’ll develop the ability to create actionable plans and navigate complex challenges with confidence.
Develop Physically
Leadership isn’t just mental; it's physical too! This module emphasizes the importance of health and wellness as a leader. You’ll engage in activities that promote physical fitness and mental resilience, teaching you how to lead by example in maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
Lead by example
True leaders serve their communities. In this module, you'll learn the principles of servant leadership, focusing on empathy, compassion, and service. By diving into community projects, you’ll not only apply your skills but also make a tangible difference in the lives of others, embodying the essence of leadership as a verb.
